Delivery Timeframes All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery within Lagos takes 1–3 business days, while orders to other states across Nigeria typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. We offer complimentary shipping on orders above ₦200,000, because every duchess deserves a little extra.

Packaging & Security Every piece from Duchess of Dames is carefully packaged in our signature luxury gift box, sealed and discreetly wrapped for security. High-value orders are double-secured and may require a signature upon delivery to ensure your jewellery arrives safely in your hands.

Dispatch Process Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, our team carefully inspects and prepares your piece before dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation email with your details. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once dispatched.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please contact us directly.
